All three owners previously worked for national companies and wanted to respond to client’s needs with more flexibility, speed, reliability, quality, and cost effectiveness. The founders also wanted Earth Systems to help build a mutually supportive network of relationships (a sense of community), which helps individuals, the community, and society at large.
